How Does Mobile Shredding Work?

How Does Off-site/Pick up or Plant Shredding Service Work?

A standard box truck or van arrives to take all of your boxes/documents or items to be transported back to our facility, then shredded or destroyed. We also recycle your boxes for you!

How Much Does Document Shredding Cost?

Costs vary by service and volume of documents, hard drives or items you need destroyed. Its best to provide as much detail as possible about your needs with the Customer Care team members so that they can provide you with the best cost-savings options.

What About Staples and Paperclips?

Staples and Paperclips are fine and no need to remove those! Large binder clips and metal hanging files, on the other hand, need to be separated. BWS can provide that service!

Will I Get a Certificate of Destruction?

Absolutely! Your certificate of destruction will be available online through the Client Portal once the service is complete.

Can I Drop Off My Boxes and Watch the Documents be Shredded?

Yes! BWS offers drop off service with the ability to watch as your paper and sensitive documents are shredded. This can be the most cost effective and convenient option for residents and low volume needs.

How Do I Schedule On-going Shredding Service?

Contact our Customer Care group to get your on-going shredding service started. We have flexible schedules to fit your needs. There are multi-console or cart discounts as well!

Should Hard Drives be Shredded?

Yes, hard drives should be shredded to ensure that data, even if deleted from the hard drives, is not retrievable.
