Our Online Manifest Retention Program was launched last October in order to simplify the documentation process and improve customer experience. The program aims to provide our customers with easy access to their manifests within 10 business days of the medical waste pickup. Once the waste is treated, all manifests are scanned into our program and stored electronically. These manifests include detailed information about each picked up container and are accessible online 24/7 through our website.
