Biohazardous waste, also referred to as biomedical or infectious waste is a special type of regulated waste commonly generated in the medical industry and contains infectious materials or potentially infectious substances.  These infectious and contaminated agents or materials are a threat to public health and the environment.  Biohazardous waste is dangerous, therefor strictly regulated and must be disposed of properly to prevent exposure or injury.  At BWS, we specialize in handling, transporting, and treating biohazardous waste.
