Maryland based regulated waste disposal experts, BWS announces promotion of Danielle Fields to Director of Business Development and Marketing as the company continues to empower women in the waste industry and rapidly expand their services
Baltimore, MD, October 14, 2022 – Since joining Biomedical Waste Services, Inc. in 2019, Fields has led the way developing key marketing strategies that aligned with the company’s growth and environmental sustainability goals. During her BWS career, Fields helped to rebrand the organization including a new robust website and building a significant online presence expanding their customer base. She has worked alongside senior leadership to cultivate new lines of business and relationships vital to ensuring the future growth and success of BWS.
Fields has extensive background in marketing and customer experience. In this newly created role, Fields will continue advancing all marketing operations and initiatives, while fostering relationships with potential clients and partners, and pursue strategic opportunities throughout the mid-Atlantic that allow her to continue contributing to the expansion of BWS’s footprint. She will focus on nurturing organic growth with existing clients while developing various industry sectors after the recent announcement of BWS launching mobile shredding in late fall 2022. With this launch, the shredding capabilities expands services to non-traditional healthcare industries such as banking, real estate, title companies, accounting, and more and expects rapid growth for this division of BWS over the next 12-24 months.
