In response to the rapidly evolving pandemic, we developed many resources to help combat the spread. We promptly partnered with many county health departments around the state, local hospital pop up testing sites, and various primary care and urgent care facilities around the region to provide critical and immediate services needed surrounding the continued outbreak. As the spread has persisted and many of our customers remaining operational as critical infrastructure, we recognized the need of their staff and patients to feel safe in their working environment. To assist, we’ve augmented comprehensive decontamination, remediation, and emergency response services for our customers that help keep the population safe from the novel coronavirus as well as many other contaminants. Our knowledgeable partners are made up of experts in decontamination who have extensive experience in managing and handling biomedical waste. Whether it’s a known COVID-19 contamination, suspected exposure, or as a precaution, we offer various response options to ensure that you and your employees are safe.

We’re Taking Every Precaution

The handling and disposal of biomedical waste is highly regulated and during these difficult times, it’s even more important that we all go the extra mile to keep one another safe. As we work with our customers to handle their waste taking many precautionary measures within our day-to-day operations, there are extra precautions we partnered with the Healthcare Waste Institute to establish for customers when handling potential or known coronavirus infected medical waste.

While economic factors have increased some expenses, we are currently freezing our disposal rates for at least 60 days so that you can get the services you need to stay safe and stay in operation. Like many of our customers, we’re feeling the effects impacted by this crisis, but know that serving our customers is essential especially is this great time of need. We’re here for you and we’re ready to work with you. To further support any customers facing financial hardship due to the crisis, we’re also offering flexible payment terms and assistance.
